Dulce is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) designated under Canadian law as an authorized representative for providing legal advice, counsel, and representation on immigration and citizenship matters. She holds a professional license with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), and she is a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC).
Dulce is a dual citizen of Australia and Canada with a Filipino background. She graduated with a degree in communications from the University of Queensland in Brisbane, then embarked on a successful career with the government. She held various high level government roles including Program Manager and Senior Advisor, administering government policy.
She moved to Canada as a temporary foreign worker and successfully renewed three temporary worker visas before applying for Permanent Residence and eventually Citizenship.
Dulce pursued further education in Canada and graduated with an advanced professional diploma in Immigration Law, Policies and Procedures. She succeeded in the challenging accelerated program at CSIC, and immediately passed the RCIC entry-to-practice exam held at the University of British Columbia.
As a naturalized Canadian Citizen she wants to assist others in following their dreams of successfully immigrating to Canada.
Her education and experience with government policy, combined with her own personal journey through the Canadian immigration landscape, have equipped her with the perfect tools to help other applicants.
